photo 24 Jan Mashed Potato Island: Ian decided he was going to create Mashed Potato Island for dinner last night, and I have to say it turned out pretty damn tasty. So, the mashed potatoes are the island, the asparagus are the trees, the squash are sea turtles and I’m not sure that we decided what the mushrooms are. But it was really damn good.
